Avocado with Pico de Gallo Sourdough Open Toast

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Slice Alive Original Sourdough
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 to 3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes, stems removed
  • 1/3 onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 table spoon extra virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How To Do it:
  1. Heat-up Alive original Sourdough Slice on medium heat for 5-10 mins in a pan or a toaster
  2. Roughly chop the tomatoes, cilantro, and onions into small cubes. Place them in a bowl and set aside
  3. Cut half an avocado then thinly sliced
  4. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice into chopped salsa
  5. Top toasted Alive sourdough with Seasoned Pico de Gallo, and sliced avocado, then drizzle with some more olive oil on top, and ENJOY! :P
