Avocado with Pico de Gallo Sourdough Open Toast
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Slice Alive Original Sourdough
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 to 3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes, stems removed
- 1/3 onion
- 1 lime
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 table spoon extra virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Do it:
- Heat-up Alive original Sourdough Slice on medium heat for 5-10 mins in a pan or a toaster
- Roughly chop the tomatoes, cilantro, and onions into small cubes. Place them in a bowl and set aside
- Cut half an avocado then thinly sliced
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice into chopped salsa
- Top toasted Alive sourdough with Seasoned Pico de Gallo, and sliced avocado, then drizzle with some more olive oil on top, and ENJOY! :P
