Fine and unbleached. This perfect blend of Manitoba x Italy grain is produced by A third-generation historical mill owned by the Paolo Family in Barbara, Italy. Which is loved by a lot of Michelin starred restaurants such as 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana.

Culture
Naturally occurring healthy bacteria cultured in house with the highest quality of ingredients and hygiene standard. These microbiomes give life to our fermented food and to make us feel alive.
Fruits
Seasonal and Fresh fruit carefully selected by our chef, the juice is then extracted via a cold-pressed machine that extracts juice containing 3-5 times more vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and nutrients. This method allows us to preserve all the goodies from fresh fruits directly to your belly!
Tea leaves
Organic handpick tea leaves from Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level (European union organic certification; USDA Organic certification; Japanese Agricultural Organic Standard)
Sugar
We choose to use organic raw cane sugar that is made from sugarcane which has not been refined resulting in a healthier choice for our body. Organic raw cane sugar is often considered as a replacement for refined white sugars. The less processed approach also retains more natural vitamins and minerals from the sugar cane juice
Salt
We use Himalayan pink salt for our fermentation, it contains minerals like potassium, calcium, and magnesium which fuels your body with more nutrients!
Cashew
Indian Cashew is known to be the best in the world and this is the home to our cashew! They are creamy with a hint of sweetness. This super nut is rich in selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium, and phosphorous. Also, they are great sources of phytochemicals, proteins, and antioxidants!
